Victor Mitchell - President & CEO
Victor Mitchell has successfully run a total of six diverse business ventures over
the last 20 years. Vic’s latest venture began in 2008 when he took over as CEO for
Relogic. He quickly realized the growing number of homeowners who are underwater
on their mortgages, and took the initiative to transform the company into the first
real estate brokerage specializing in short sales and helping homeowners avoid foreclosure.
As a former State Representative, Mitchell knows the importance of the economy and
impact a foreclosure has on both homeowners and the community. Mitchell has long
been recognized for innovation and entrepreneurship winning several industry awards,
and has also been featured on CNN and in Entrepreneur magazine.
Ken O’Donnell – VP of Sales
Ken came to Relogic as its Managing Broker in early 2008, having over 18 successful
years in Sales and Management. Ken brings vision and creativity, along with vast
knowledge of sales and management to the Relogic short sale team. Ken is a proven
leader and an advocate for helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. He currently lives
in LoDo and enjoys all the benefits that downtown Denver has to offer.
Doug Strauss- VP of Finance
Doug brings an analytical mind and a wealth of experience in a variety of fields
to Relogic. As the first person hired when Victor bought into Relogic, Doug has
vast experience in the company’s entities in addition to human resources and some
IT services for the company. A native of Denver, real estate runs in Doug’s family,
as his father and mother-in-law are both real estate agents and his father-in-law
was a successful home builder.
Joy Blackburn – VP of Operations
With close to two decades of operational and management experience, Joy Blackburn
joined Relogic in October 2009 as Director of Operations/Property Manager. She is
a proven leader who takes pride in identifying talent and skills necessary to drive
business results. Joy has found that she fits best and thrives in the entrepreneurial
environment and enjoys taking part in developing and clearly communicating measurable
tactics supporting sound strategies and establishing challenging goals.
Michael Turner - Short Sale Specialist
With past experience as a short sale team lead at a major brokerage firm, and with
additional short sale certifications, Michael is a highly qualified, experienced
short sale specialist who will guide you through the short sale process.
Erin Dworak - Short Sale Specialist
Erin brings over 8 years of experience in real estate to the team and also carries
the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation. She thrives on assisting
homeowners who are facing foreclosure and takes great care in understanding each
homeowner’s unique circumstance so that the best outcome is reached.
