We had a challenge. We recently relocated to Denver from Washington DC and needed to find a home, obtain a loan, and close in two weeks. ReLogic gave us online listings, helped us narrow down our search, researched a fair market offer, negotiated and contracted the deal with time to spare. In addition, we were relocating so they handled all the paperwork electronically. We can't believe that ReLogic can provide such a high level of customer service all while rebating back 1% of the purchase price of the home. We would have paid extra! We are recommending ReLogic to all of our friends.

Recently I was assisted by Qadra Evans a ReLogic real estate agent. With Qadra's expertise I was able to assist my mother with her move from Wichita Kansas to Commerce City. Initially I had contacted two other agents from other companies. They both showed a lack of interest in my real estate needs, but fortunately I located Qadra. Qadra was very informative and patient when assisting my mother and I. She went out of her way to answer my questions thoroughly and always took time out of her schedule to assist my Mom. There were no hidden snags in the purchase process, and I believe that her experience was the reason. Mary was equally helpful. It seemed as if she always placed our property viewing requests as a high priority. She was very pleasant to my wife and I when we were viewing homes. To us it seemed as if Mary and Qadra worked very well together and had a great business model for other real estate agents to follow. You have two terrific assets in Qadra and Mary!

"I can not say enough good things about your Realtors"

First of all, the website is great, with all of the bells and whistles it has for someone like me trying to find a home. The only problem I have had with it, as I have mentioned, I can't move the requested listings to the already been shown columns, etc. That will be great to refine the website to allow management a bit better. And maybe even allow a space for the lookers to add notes about a property after they've seen it would be good also. It can get hard to remember why or why I did not choose a property. I love that ReLogic gives a rebate- that is great! I love that I can search the listings and decide when I want to see what properties. I feel as if I am no longer going to miss seeing a new listing if I am diligent to check in. I am so happy that I can specify search criteria and it will notify me via email when information changes or new listings come up that meet it. THAT IS AWESOME. And I can not say enough good things about Dave and Mary. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me with my crazy life and schedule. They have given me NO pressure to pursue purchasing the wrong house. They have always been on time for our showings and have been nothing but kind to me and my children. Dave has done extra research on houses we thought may work, giving us extra information to help us make decisions. I have three other realtors before using ReLogic. The first couldn't ever get back to me for sometimes a week after I've called: the second was always late, making my husband late for work when he could try and go also- plus took over a week to get around to showing us houses we wanted to see. (And there were not many at that.) The third one was a friend who was pushy and refused to use my lender- she would only work with the lender she liked and pushed loans at me that I was not interested in at all. While the search is still on for me I can not tell you the difference it is for me working with your team. If Mary couldn't make a showing for some reason, Dave took us. Working with a team approach instead of a one person approach is wonderful and great for busy buyers. I do think I shall be your biggest advertisement there is.

My husband and I had been talking and working briefly with a real estate agent here in Denver, when we saw a property that interested us. We called the broker's number on the flyer that was in front of the house, and we also called and left a message with the agent mentioned above. Neither one returned our call. Someone at work told me about ReLogic, and I went to the web site. Not more than five minutes after I registered there, we got a call telling us an agent would be contacting us, and very shortly after that, Kathy Welsh called us and we set up an appointment to see the house. Everything went beautifully from that moment on. Ms Welsh was quite sensitive to our requests and to our interest in the property. She was prompt and consistent and we couldn't have asked for more in the way of service. The contract was somewhat complicated, as the sale had to go through a relocation service, but it went smoothly and swiftly. And the icing on the cake was when Kathy handed us a check at closing for over $1500. We would recommend ReLogic to anyone we know who is looking to purchase property in this area.

ReLogic is a new agency in the Denver area which rebates you a ton of money at the closing, basically paying you their broker's commission if you do the legwork and search for a place online. Their agents, Adam Cox and Eric Shaw, are fresh, savvy and eager to help, but since they don't work on commission, they're not at all pushy. These days, all a regular agent will do is give you a bunch of online searches anyway, or maybe waste your time showing you the bottom of the barrel, and then collect an obscene amount of money for his trouble. (I know; that happened to me with my last home purchase.) ReLogic is full service: they'll show you the place, help you negotiate, take care of all the paperwork. I even asked Adam to preview a place for me because I was looking from another state, and he happily checked it out and even emailed me some cell phone video of the backyard! He is personable, knowledgeable and sharp as a tack (but everyone there is great). Most importantly, he is honest, a rare thing in real estate sales. If you're looking to throw thousands of dollars into the toilet AND waste a lot of time, call your mom's agent. But if you're willing to spend a little time and effort, you will be rewarded! $$
