For home buyers, we charge a fee-based service. We estimate that you’ll need 20 hours of time working with the ReLogic team members before you’re under contract for your new home. To date, nearly all of our customers have found their dream home within the initial 20 hour search. But should you need more time, no problem. You can buy it in ten hour increments for $500.00. As a guideline we’ve found that all of our customers have been under contract within 30 hours and 90% are under contract within 20 hours.
For no money up front, you’ll receive 20 hours of service with a three-member team of real estate professionals including a licensed Realtor, Showing Specialist, and Transaction Coordinator. ReLogic charges a Closing Fee (based on the price of the home; about $5000 on a $350,000 home) to be paid at closing. Use our calculator to determine the exact amount you’ll pay at closing. After you sign a contract to buy a home, no additional hours accrue. All fees are paid to ReLogic after your home purchase is complete.
The same as the Zero plan except that you pay $1,000 up front for the 20 hours to maximize your return! You receive our same great service and earn a higher net rebate at closing. By paying up front, you will realize a net savings of about $1500 compared to the Buyer Advantage Zero Plan. When selling your home with ReLogic, we charge an intial fee of $995 to activate your listing with us. In addition, we charge a Closing Fee at closing (about $2500 on a $350,000 home) Use our calculator to determine the exact amount you’ll pay at closing. Our Closing Fee includes all fees associsted with selling your home throuth ReLogic, there are no hidden or additional charges. The Seller Advantage Plan will save you up to 70% when compared to a traditional real estate broker.
