The ReLogic Buyer Advantage Plan™ gives you:

A 100% refund of all buyer-side commissions (as much as 3% of the sale price), or about $10,500 on a typical $350,000 home.

Two payment plans: Either ZERO down or $1,000 up-front (your choice!) There is a significant economic advantage for most customers to purchase the $1k up front as the net to the customer is enhanced $1500-2500 based on the value of the property they are considering purchasing. Both plans include 20 hours of service with a three-member team of real estate professionals. The team includes a licensed Realtor, showing specialist and research consultant. We aggressively search for the perfect home for you with every MLS listed and privately listed home, including properties not eligible for a commission like pre-foreclosures, For Sale by Owners, and under construction homes. The option to purchase more time in blocks of 10 hours for $500. As a guideline we’ve found that all of our customers have been under contract within 30 hours and 90% are under contract within 20 hours.
