Once I subscribe to the ReLogic Buyer Advantage Plan™, how long do I have to use my 20 hours of time? 6 months
What happens if I use up the 20 hours before I’m under contract to purchase my home? Although we anticipate most transactions to be under contract within the initial 20 hours, it is possible that some Buyers will require additional time for showings or research. In those cases, our Buyers can purchase additional 10-hour blocks for $500.
Do I choose how my 20 hours are utilized? Absolutely! You will be able to direct our team members to enhance your home search in just about any way you choose. Some Buyers will choose to have us focus on previewing homes while others use us primarily for Internet research and assistance. Do I have to purchase more hours once I’m under contract to purchase my new home? For example, if a ReLogic Seller has their home purchased by a ReLogic Buyer and the home sells for $280,000, then the buyer coop fees will be reduced to $5880—a savings of nearly $2000 compared to the standard 2.8% buyer coop fee.
Once I subscribe to the ReLogic Seller 10 Plan ™, when will my listing expire? Your listing will expire in 1 year, although if your plans change you can terminate the listing agreement at anytime.
So who will service my account once I purchase the ReLogic Seller 10 Plan™? The ReLogic Seller 10 Plan™ is intended to provide you with professional and competent real estate guidance to help you get your home sold fast! Your account will be serviced by a licensed ReLogic Realtor and a ReLogic Transaction Coordinator.
