How do I know if 20 hours is the right amount of time needed to find my perfect home?
National research estimates buyers spend 8-12 hours previewing and touring homes before they submit an offer to buy—which may result in as many as 12 showings. In addition, most brokers spend approximately 3-4 hours assisting buyers with contract negotiations. We anticipate most Buyers will use our resources for property valuation, neighborhood analysis and other research. We believe 20 hours will be sufficient for most Buyers. We also recommend that our Buyers utilize our website for daily property updates and new listings so that the 20 hours are most efficiently used.

Once I subscribe to the ReLogic Buyer Advantage Plan™, how long do I have to use my 20 hours of time?

What happens if I use up the 20 hours before I’m under contract to purchase my home?
Although we anticipate most transactions to be under contract within the initial 20 hours, it is possible that some Buyers will require additional time for showings or research. In those cases, our Buyers can purchase additional 10-hour blocks for $500.

Do I choose how my 20 hours are utilized?
Absolutely! You will be able to direct our team members to enhance your home search in just about any way you choose. Some Buyers will choose to have us focus on previewing homes while others use us primarily for Internet research and assistance. Do I have to purchase more hours once I’m under contract to purchase my new home?
No. Our 20-hour ReLogic Buyer Advantage Plan™ is designed to provide you with professional real estate guidance to find you the perfect home. Once you are under contract you are assigned to a ReLogic Transaction Coordinator who will assist you with the remaining and often numerous tasks required before closing. For example, our Transaction Coordinator can help you schedule a home inspection or even work with your lender to make sure your paperwork is in order. These tasks are part of our service and are provided to you at no extra cost!

How do I know if the ReLogic Buyer Advantage Plan™ is right for me right at this time?
Our program is designed to assist buyers who are planning to purchase a residential property within the next 6 months. The ReLogic Buyer Advantage Plan will rebate you thousands of dollars based upon the price of home you wish to purchase (for instance, a ReLogic Buyer purchasing a $350,000 home with a 3% Buyer coop fee would receive a rebate of $10,500 at the closing). With ReLogic you are ALWAYS assured that our team of professionals will assist you in every way possible to find you the perfect home at the right price.

Absolutely! We offer a unique fee-based program called the ReLogic Seller 10 Plan™ that provides 10 essential selling services. The ReLogic Seller 10 Plan™ is a discount but full-service listing program designed to help you get your home sold fast! **Note: the 10 services we provide are more than most traditional brokers provide!

How much will I have to pay to list my home with ReLogic?
The price of the ReLogic Seller 10 Plan™ is $995. In addition, a reasonable processing fee is charged (based on the price of the home) at closing. In most cases, the combined listing fees total less than 1% of the sale price of your home—that means you save about 67% compared to a traditional real estate company. In addition, we recommend that when you list your home you do so with a 2.8% buyer coop fee which will be paid to the broker who represents the buyer of your home. What happens if a ReLogic Seller has their home purchased by a ReLogic Buyer?
If ReLogic represents both the Seller and Buyer in a transaction, then the buyer coop fee will be reduced by 25%. For example, if a ReLogic Seller has their home purchased by a ReLogic Buyer and the home sells for $280,000, then the buyer coop fees will be reduced to $5880—a savings of nearly $2000 compared to the standard 2.8% buyer coop fee.

Once I subscribe to the ReLogic Seller 10 Plan ™, when will my listing expire?
Your listing will expire in 1 year, although if your plans change you can terminate the listing agreement at anytime.

So who will service my account once I purchase the ReLogic Seller 10 Plan™?
The ReLogic Seller 10 Plan™ is intended to provide you with professional and competent real estate guidance to help you get your home sold fast! Your account will be serviced by a licensed ReLogic Realtor and a ReLogic Transaction Coordinator. Our Transaction Coordinator is here to work with you with a variety of tasks such as scheduling previews of your home and helping you evaluate our monthly activity report. These services are provided to you at no extra cost! We will work with you directly each and every step of the way until we get you to closing!

After I sell my home, I plan to purchase another home in the area. Does ReLogic offer a discount if I use ReLogic for both the sale of my existing home and the purchase of my new home?
Yes. If you purchase the ReLogic Seller 10 Plan™ and the ReLogic Buyer Advantage Plan™ within one year, you receive a $200 discount. Don’t forget—the ReLogic Buyer Advantage Plan™ provides you with 20 hours of service with a 3-member team of real estate professionals who assist you with everything from guided home tours to property, price and neighborhood research. You, as the Buyer, receive 100% of the Buyer-side real estate commissions at closing!
