3. Tour the homes that interest you. When you’ve found the one you want, your ReLogic team will help you make your offer and negotiate any counterproposals with the Seller.

4. Rely on your ReLogic team to handle writing the contract, negotiating on your behalf, dealing with contingencies and assisting you all-the-way to closing!

5. Pay a reasonable processing fee and receive a rebate of 100% of the buyer-side commission at closing—about $10,500 on a $350,000 home.
